Your bridal plans are personal. This page explains, in plain words, how Bridery protects your information and the rules we follow. For the full details of what we collect, see our Privacy Policy.
We never sell your data
Bridery does not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Bridery (listed below), and only so they can do that job.
What we keep, and for how long

How we protect it
- Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with our hosting provider, which encrypts it at rest.
- Only the Bridery team can see sign-up information, through a password-protected admin area.
- Database access rules prevent visitors from reading anyone else's information.
- If we ever learn of a breach that affects your information, we'll notify you as the law requires.
Service providers we use
- Website and database hosting: Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase.
- AI features: an AI model provider that processes quiz answers or a photo you upload only to generate your result.
- Shopping links: ShopMy and the retailers you choose to visit.
- Email: our email provider, to send your Brief and updates.
- Payments (when paid features launch): a payment processor such as Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also unsubscribe from emails with one click. Depending on where you live, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them. Email brideryapp@gmail.com with the subject "Data request" and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.
Email rules
We only email people who signed up. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address, and we process unsubscribe requests promptly, in line with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Affiliate disclosure
Some shopping links on Bridery are affiliate links. If you buy through them, Bridery may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We follow the Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidelines and label these links clearly. Retailers and ShopMy may use cookies to track a purchase made through our links. Their own privacy policies apply.
AI transparency
Parts of your Bridal Brief and some suggestions are created with the help of AI and reviewed against Bridery's styling guidance. AI suggestions are for inspiration, not professional fitting advice. We don't use your photos to train AI models.
Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies needed to run the site, plus basic analytics to see which pages are visited. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Children
Bridery is for adults planning a wedding. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Accessibility
We want Bridery to work for everyone. If something on the site is hard to use with a screen reader or keyboard, email brideryapp@gmail.com and we'll fix it.
