Terms of Use

Welcome to Bridery. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BW & Company LLC, doing business as Bridery ("Bridery," "we," "us") and cover your use of the Bridery website, style quiz, Bridal Brief, guides, shopping pages and any related app or service (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use Bridery
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
2. What Bridery is, and isn't
Bridery offers style guidance, education and inspiration to help you find your bridal looks. Your Bridal Brief, quiz results, stylist notes, glossary and any AI-assisted suggestions are opinions for inspiration only. They are not a guarantee of fit, availability, price or results. Always confirm sizing, materials, timelines and policies directly with the retailer, boutique or designer before you buy.
3. Your information and sign-ups
When you join the waitlist or request your Bridal Brief, you agree to give accurate information and to receive emails from us about your Brief and the Bridery app. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Data & Compliance page.
4. Photos and content you share
If you upload a photo or other content (for example, to the "Does it fit your Brief?" feature), you confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not show anyone who hasn't agreed to it. Uploaded photos are analyzed to give you feedback and are not stored after the analysis. You keep ownership of anything you upload. You give us a limited permission to process it only to provide the feature you asked for.
5. AI-assisted features
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, and it is not a substitute for a professional fitting or a stylist's in-person advice. Usage limits may apply to AI features.
6. Shopping links and third-party retailers
Bridery links to products sold by other companies, including through the ShopMy platform. Some links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. We don't sell these products. Your purchase is between you and the retailer, under the retailer's terms, prices, shipping and return policies. We aren't responsible for third-party websites, products or services.
7. Boutiques, trunk shows and events
Event dates, locations and details in our guides come from boutiques, designers and public sources and can change. Confirm with the boutique before you go. Listing a boutique or event isn't an endorsement unless we say so.
8. Paid services
If we offer paid features or styling sessions, the price, what's included, and the cancellation and refund policy will be shown before you pay, and those terms will apply to that purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we don't store your full card number.
9. Our content
The Bridery name, logo, wax seal, illustrations, quiz, guides, stylist notes and site design belong to Bridery or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial planning. Don't copy, resell, scrape or republish them without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service. That includes trying to access other people's data or our admin areas, interfering with the site's security or operation, uploading unlawful or harmful content, using bots to scrape the site, or impersonating anyone.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Bridery will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any purchase you make from a third party. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
13. Indemnity
You agree to cover Bridery's reasonable costs, including legal fees, from any claim arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
14. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your information at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms as Bridery grows. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept them.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
